We use the information we collect to deliver our newsletter and email content, respond to inquiries, improve our content quality and site performance, analyze usage patterns to understand which content resonates most, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or third parties for their independent use.
3. Email Communications
By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails containing educational health content, podcast episode updates, and longevity research. You can manage your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by visiting coderegen.com/email-preferences.
4. Cookie Policy
We use three categories of cookies: (1) Strictly Necessary cookies required for site functionality; (2) Analytics cookies that help us understand visitor behavior using Google Analytics — these are only activated after you give consent; (3) Marketing cookies that enable social tracking and newsletter attribution — these are also consent-gated. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our site: Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics for site analytics, Vercel for web hosting, Supabase for secure data storage, and Vercel Blob for media files. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and is contractually restricted from using your data for their own independent purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain subscriber records for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years. Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Contact form submissions are retained for 3 years. If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize it within 45 days unless retention is required by applicable law.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; request deletion of their personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 9. Nevada Residents
Nevada Senate Bill 220 allows Nevada consumers to opt out of the sale of personally identifiable information. Code Regen does not sell personally identifiable information as defined under Nevada law. For questions, contact privacy@coderegen.com.
10. Your Rights (All Users)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@coderegen.com. You may also manage your email subscription preferences directly at coderegen.com/email-preferences at any time.
11. Children's Privacy
Code Regen is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@coderegen.com.
